Refund & Cancellation Policy At Honey Kissed Brows & Aesthetics, every appointment is reserved with care and intention. Because my time is just as valuable as yours, I’ve created this refund policy to ensure mutual respect and a smooth experience for everyone. Deposits: Some services may require a deposit to secure your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferrable if rescheduled with proper notice. Cancellations: I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This gives me the opportunity to offer the spot to another guest. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and may require prepayment for future bookings. Refunds: Due to the nature of my services, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued for completed services. If you are unhappy with your experience, please contact me within 3 days so I can make it right with a fix or adjustment, when appropriate.
